In 2015 when Muaaz Enterprises was established, agriculture machinery in Pakistan was suffering from worn-out conventional methods. Almost everything was handheld. Manual labor was the only hurdle between the timely and efficient response from the crops. Whereas, the world was relying on the modern machinery used in agriculture.
The world was involving science and research into agriculture farm machinery. In Pakistan, things were quite opposite because no one was ready to take such initiatives on the national level.
Investment factor became the first hurdle. Secondly, it was a huge task for a private organization to recreate agriculture nationwide. Thirdly, the local market lacked the demand for the latest machinery. Therefore, the government was not taking any interest in lifting off the farmers’ plight.
With several other factors, these causes led to the underdevelopment of the local agricultural paradigm. As soon as we started importing agricultural machinery, the entire agricultural scenario changed.
Agricultural Development
This way, critical things started going on smoothly. It was really tough to do so, but we experimented with machinery as well. Initially, our experimentation cost a lot to us. But we learned a lot from these experiments. One of those lessons is that only the import of machinery is not sufficient.
Rather, the parts and accessories of those machines are more important. We imported these parts and accessories too. And the process of import went undisturbed. Our first step was on Combine harvesters. We conducted a lot of studies in this genre. Only then we understood the differences between the local and the foreign cultivation cultures.
Pakistani cultivation culture is to sow the seeds densely in the fields. A major factor for relying on the land this much was the fertility of our land. So, technically, our farms were more burdensome for imported machines.
To make those machines operational, we compromised on the speed of the machining process. Through the course of time, Muaaz Enterprises successfully did necessary alterations to the imported harvesters to make them efficient in local fields.
Having done with exploring combine harvesters, we broadened our importing facility to farming machinery. After wholly discovering the local cultivation culture, we started importing the farming machinery. And guess what, we excelled that too.
Diversity of Import
Today, we are importing all the latest and up-to-date machines. Machines for land preparation or bed makers for sowing, seed cultivating machines, fertilizer spreaders, harvesters, tractors, automatic round balers, forage harvesters or choppers, and everything you can think of for agricultural machinery. We are too conscious about the quality of machinery we import. Therefore, even the used machinery imported by Pak Agritech Machinery proves to be the workhorse in the fields. Our import services now involve the global diversity of machining culture.
You name a farm machine and Muaaz Enterprises is able to provide it to your doorstep safely. For, our vision is to develop the agricultural machining methods in Pakistan for the uplifting of farmers’ underdeveloped situation.
Scientific Approach
Now, Muaaz Enterprises has successfully introduced modern farming machinery in Pakistan. But the gap between demand and supply is still sustaining. The reason behind this gap is the lack of awareness in local farmers. Although we have spread information among the local farmers, we still have to compete with the world in agriculture. Our scientific research in agricultural machining systems is too slow. For a solution to this problem, we are researching farming literature. Once we master that, we will pedagogically spread awareness among the local farmers. Only then can we implement and develop it.
We are already working on a national level to develop and spread awareness of modern agriculture among our farmers. Our national and provincial institutes are also in collaboration with us for this cause.
However, Muaaz Enterprises is still connected to the foreign agricultural norms. Thus, we stay up-to-date with the modern developments being done on a daily basis. Soon, we will be able to introduce the same in Pakistani farming.
Only by doing so, Pakistan’s agricultural machinery will be able to cope with the demands of global needs. As soon as a new machine is introduced abroad, we instantly start researching it and import it here in Pakistan.
Some of our imports are order-based, Rest, we import on our own for experimentation in our workshops and farms. Eventually, we are serving our nation with the latest and modern agricultural machinery. From cultivation to post-harvest processing, we have all types of machines imported from abroad.
